Wilshire Shaw Inc. was founded in May 2006 in Annapolis, Maryland. It is a full software development company that can create consumer and enterprise applications on a variety of platforms, especially the web.

About the Founder:

Evan Beard graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Economics with Distinction and a minor in Computer Science (one course short of a double major). He has studied Entrepreneurship and Management at the London School of Economics and Informatics (in Spanish) at La Universidad Politechnica de Valencia in Spain. He made his first website in the sixth grade and is fluent in a variety of programming languages including Java, PHP, Perl, Objective C, C, C++, SQL, and Python (his favorite). He is an avid user of linux and emacs.

Evan's interest include reading, traveling, running, investing, and public speaking. He is currently a member of the Annapolis Toastmasters.
